L.T. Caplan

L.T. Caplan is a Hampton Roads native, being born in Norfolk, Virginia and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He graduated from Kempsville High School located in the City of Virginia Beach and later enrolled and received an undergraduate business degree from the University of Arizona, Eller School of Business and a legal degree from the University of Miami School of Law.

L.T. Caplan has extensive real estate transactional and business experience, having: closed more than nine million square feet of commercial real estate property representing hundreds of millions of dollars; overseen over Thirty Thousand (30,000) residential transactions; drafted numerous residential and commercial leases and contracts; and representing numerous large and small residential and commercial investors, developers, and management companies with their corporate, investment, landlord tenant and collection needs. Mr. Caplan currently represents numerous businesses, large and small developers, lenders, hard money lenders, investors, landlords, tenants, and both residential purchasers & sellers throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
