George Ward

George Ward is a native of Hampton Roads, born in Hampton and raised there. He attended Hampton Roads Academy in Newport News before completing an associates’ degree at the Early College of Bard at Simon’s Rock in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. He then completed the Annapolis St. John’s College Great Books Program covering a range of subjects from philosophy and literature to music and the history of mathematics and science. George then acquired his law degree at the Marshall-Wythe School of Law in Williamsburg, Virginia, graduating in 2022.

George transferred over to Caplan Law Group from the law firm of Mason, Mason, Walker, and Hedrick in September 2024, having passed the bar in October 2023. George has worked for a wide variety of clients, from Huntington-Ingalls Industries to the indigent clients of the public defender’s office. Currently, George represents a range of buyers and sellers in real estate transactions throughout Hampton Roads.
