Jason T. Roebuck is a member of the Virginia State Bar and a native of the Hampton Roads region of Virginia. Jason is a graduate of the Wake Forest University School of Law (J.D. 2014) and Saint Leo University (B.A. Criminal Justice 2011). He was awarded multiple distinctions while completing his legal studies at Wake Forest University, such as the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in the fields of Business Planning and Business Litigation. In addition, he gained valuable experience while clerking at BB&T’s Corporate Legal Headquarters in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
Jason concentrates his practice in real estate transactions and business planning for real estate investors. He has worked extensively with residential, commercial, and real estate investment focused clients on a wide array of transactions covering the full cycle of residential and commercial property, including acquisition, traditional and hard money financing, leasing, and disposition. Jason's substantial experience includes negotiating and overseeing real estate acquisitions and sales, commercial real estate projects, private financing agreements, and the formation and structuring of corporations, limited liability companies, and joint ventures.
